5th Annual Have a Heart Radiothon
This Thursday, April 3rd and Friday, April 4th one of Kelowna’s biggest fundraisers will get underway. And Cherry Hill Coffee will be doing their part.
Cherry Hill Coffee will be partnering up with The Perking Lot coffee shop at Kelowna General Hospital, and will donate free coffee (and some volunteers - thanks Jeff and Amber!) for the Have a Heart Radiothon. “One hundred percent of the money raised in today and tomorrow will stay in our community to help babies and kids,” explains Cherry Hill Coffee sales director Amber Coueffin.
Last year the hospital raised $175,000 for Kelowna General Hospital’s Level 2 neo-natal unit. Donate today and help KGH get some much needed equipment. To donate, call 762-HITS (4487) or drop by Orchard Park Shopping Centre. Volunteers are collecting cash donations out front of KGH or just inside the doors of Walmart. The Perking Lot is a non-profit coffee shop staffed entirely by volunteers. Did you know that The Perking Lot contributes approximately almost $200,000.00 to KGH annually! Cherry Hill Coffee has worked closely with The Perking Lot and the Kelowna General Hospital Auxiliary for many years and always look forward to helping out when we can.
